Lighting up the 5,000

Hey, we're not making this about any religion. We don't mean to offend anybody either but quite the opposite TBH. But, if you heard the story about feeding the multitudes with five breads and two fish, we thought about how much a bucket of candle sand you can create - think of it as "Lighting up the 5000."

We know it's not quite the same and not as magical as the miracle in the story, but we feel it's as close to magical as we can get. Don't you think so too?

So, our recent video challenges you to see just how many unique candles you can create with a single 3kg bucket of our candle sand. In the video, we went all out and made an incredible number of candles – but now it’s your turn to shine!

Here’s the Challenge:

• Get Creative: Think outside the box – or should we say, outside the vessel? Use anything and everything from kitchen sinks to vintage teapots. How about an old boot (shoey-inspired, anyone?) or that vase gathering dust in the attic?
• Count and Share: Light up your creativity and count how many candles you can craft. Share your creations with us by tagging @ChameleonSandCandle on Instagram and using #CandleSandChallenge.
• Inspire Others: Your innovative ideas could spark a wave of creativity across our community. Let’s see who can come up with the most unique candle vessel!
