Your Ultimate Wedding Guide

"Here comes the guide!" - Not just any guide, but an ultimate sneak peek into wedding open days.

So, a couple of weeks back, we got to participate in a wedding open day. And for those of you scratching your heads, it’s basically when a wedding venue dolls up its rooms to show what they’d look like for a wedding. These events are usually more chill than your typical wedding fair and are perfect for couples just kicking off their wedding planning.

It's pretty much a gathering of some of the coolest people we know. So, we’re excited to share the details with you!

First up, the venue - Lamont's Bishops House. This spot is a gorgeous heritage-listed home from the 1850s that’s been rocking the formal dining scene for a decade, thanks to the Lamont’s Family. Nestled right in the city's heart, it offers a killer combo of private gardens and stunning home views that give you a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Then there's the mastermind behind it all, Jody Q. She’s your go-to for a wedding vibe that’s natural, refined, and oh-so chic—think luxury without being over the top. If you’re after a wedding that feels like a page from your dream journal, Jody’s your person. She's a gem at personalizing your big day so it's everything you've ever wanted and more.

We also met Lola from Felicitations. These folks are wizards at turning your dream into reality with their bespoke design and printing services. They aim to make your event unforgettable with beautifully crafted invites and stationery that screams ‘you’. With a talented design team and top-notch printing tech, they’re all about delivering perfection.

Big shoutout to our pal Nadia Duca too, who came to the rescue when our founder @Triinliistreial got a bit too sun-kissed. Nadia’s a seasoned makeup artist and educator who’s worked with the likes of Julie Bishop and Netflix. She’s a pro at enhancing natural beauty and helping people shine from the inside out.

While we can't shout out everyone who made the day amazing, we've dropped a list of their Instagram handles below. Make sure to save this email and hit them up when you’re planning your next big event. Trust us, you won’t regret it.
